Returns
All of my items come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of my products or you would like to exchange them for a different size, an alternative product or a refund of your money please read my conditions below.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Goods will only be accepted that are returned as new, i.e. have not been washed or worn, with tags and labels still intact.

If any of the above conditions are not met I reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.

If you are requesting an exchange then you will be invoiced by debit or credit card or Paypal (whichever method you used), to cover the postage cost back to you.

Please note I will not be responsible for returned items lost in the post back to me, so I suggest you use Special Delivery or Recorded Signed For, or some other method of insured post to safeguard yourself.

All products are inspected before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that my goods are faulty please email me straight away and return the items within 14 days. I regret that I am unable to accept any faulty items back after this time. Please return the item in a clean condition, in its original packaging. If the item is faulty I will cover the cost of your return postage.
